Beginning January 1, 2025, Arrow+Jay will be the new face of Team Wilson Media. You’ll continue to get the same great quality and service you’ve come to expect from TWM, but with a new leadership team and a renewed focus.
WHY THE CHANGE?
Team Wilson Media began as a content creation and media development agency and over the years, our desire to meet the needs of our clients has led us down a wide variety of paths, refined who we are and shaped what we have to offer. Our parent company similarly decided that we mutually could better serve our clients if we each focused more clearly on the areas that made us unique.
The decision was made that BWW, Inc., would continue to focus on its core business of fire and water restoration, and our media development and audiovisual wing would start anew as its own, independent company.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR ME?
Arrow+Jay is made of the same team that has shaped TWM, and will continue serving you in the same ways that we always have. Every current warranty, quote, estimate and service agreement stands as if nothing has changed. Other than the name and email addresses, the only real changes affecting our customers and partners are as follows:
